4th of July Moment of Inspiration

Our plan is typically to release our monthly Moment of Inspiration on the 7th of each month, but being that this month’s fit the 4th of July theme, we thought it would be a good idea to release a few days early.

Check out our Moment of Inspiration, about the song “Immigrants (We Get the Job Done)” from the Hamilton Mixtape:

If you liked that, please subscribe to receive updates about our monthly moment of inspiration.

We’ve been refining our feature script, and we’re hoping to be able to launch a small Indie Go-Go campaign by the end of the month to cover some of the costs, which means that we’re working on making a trailer for it, as well as some basic artwork for the ‘rewards’ (the perks given to donor’s often broken down by contribution level). What kind of rewards do you be interested in, for a feature film’s campaign? Please tell us in the comments below, so we can design the best campaign possible.

Sarah and I are travelling this week, and so we won’t be able to record an episode of “Mike and Sarah’s Best Picture Podcast,” but we’ll be back next week with 1947’s Gentlemen’s Agreement.  In the meantime, if you haven’t checked out our previous episodes, check out last week’s The Best Years of Our Lives.
